Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-time credit pack purchases on Pixocto (including the new-user 1,000-credit starter pack and 5,000 / 20,000 / 100,000 credit packs). Sign-up bonus credits and promotional bonus credits are not eligible for refunds.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date that payment for the order succeeds. Credits are usually credited immediately after payment; the window is counted from the payment success date. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Refund amount = amount paid − cost of actual usage, where:

• Cost of actual usage = successfully consumed credits × standard unit price
• Standard unit price is $1 per 1,000 credits ($0.001 per credit), regardless of pack discounts
• Only credits charged for successful generations count as usage; failed generations are not charged and do not count
• If the refund amount is ≤ 0, no refund will be issued

Note: pack discounts apply at purchase, but usage is valued at the standard unit price when calculating refunds. The discount affects what you paid, not how much each used credit costs for refund purposes.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order. Timing depends on your payment provider and is typically 5–15 business days.

• Your registered email / account
• Payment date or proof of payment
• Reason for refund (optional)

• After a refund is processed, unused credits from that order will be removed from your balance
• Each order may only be refunded once
• We reserve the right to review and decline requests involving abuse or irregular activity
