Create a 15-second cinematic 3D animated sequence set in a charming Mediterranean-style village square on a bright sunny day. Show a cute little girl with red hair tied in small pigtails, wearing a yellow polka-dot dress, standing beside a cheerful vintage ice cream vendor and his small traditional ice cream cart → the vendor playfully teases her by moving the ice cream scoop just out of her reach while she looks surprised and excited → camera cuts to a wider shot as the vendor performs a funny, energetic ice cream-selling routine around his cart, making the nearby villagers laugh and watch → show the little girl following him excitedly as the playful performance continues → close-up of the smiling vendor proudly holding up an ice cream scoop → end with a warm close-up of the little girl happily receiving a vanilla soft-serve cone from him.
