Create a 15-second high-quality 3D animated family-friendly comedy sequence set in a cozy seaside fishing harbor town on a bright, breezy morning. Begin with a wide establishing shot of a colorful harbor lined with pastel houses, wooden docks, little fishing boats, hanging lanterns, crates of fish, lighthouse on the hill, and seagulls gliding overhead → reveal a cheerful curly-haired little boy in a yellow raincoat and blue boots sitting on a dock beside a giant silver fish on a wooden crate, while a jolly old fisherman with a big white beard and a captain's hat proudly shows off his catch of the day → transition into a smooth tracking shot along the busy dock as the boy skips between nets and barrels, the fisherman strolling behind him, townspeople waving and laughing → suddenly cut to a dynamic side shot as a mischievous baby pelican snatches a fish and waddles-flaps down the dock, past stacked crates and coiled ropes → transition to a fast playful chase as the boy and fisherman dash after the pelican across the harbor, dodging barrels and fishing nets while fishmongers and sailors turn to watch in amusement → cut to a dramatic low-angle shot of the fisherman tripping over a rope and spinning comically, the giant fish flying overhead against a bright sky of boats and flags → transition back to the dock where the boy sits happily on the crate, the pelican perched beside him, sheepishly holding the fish, as flags and laundry lines sway in the sea breeze → final shot becomes a warm wide-angle view of the boy and fisherman laughing together with the pelican between them, as the harbor, boats, lighthouse, and townspeople create a joyful, sun-drenched ending.
