At the EXACT moment its mouth reaches her shoulder: TIME COMPLETELY FREEZES. The woman, zombie, pedestrians, cars, hair, clothing, dust and objects become perfectly motionless. Only the camera moves.
Perform a dramatic 120-degree bullet-time orbit around the frozen bite for about 0.8 seconds. Then time violently snaps back with a powerful WHOOSH.
7–10s — TRANSFORMATION
The woman stumbles forward. Rapid transformation:
pale skin, subtle dark veins, cloudy infected eyes, twisted predatory posture and aggressive breathing. Extreme close up on her eyes. She suddenly targets another pedestrian and launches forward.
10–14s — BITES 1–3
Attack 3 different adult pedestrians. Each attack:

She becomes much faster. Attack 5 different adults across the sidewalk, storefront, bus stop, street corner and crosswalk. Use aggressive whip pans and speed ramps. She disappears from one side of frame and instantly appears beside another victim.
Every bite creates a short 0.25–0.35s freeze.
FAST → FREEZE → SNAP → FAST → FREEZE → SNAP.
Show pigeons frozen in mid-air and a falling handbag suspended during one freeze. Previously bitten victims begin transforming behind her.
19–25s — BITES 9–15
Maximum speed. Attack 7 more different adult victims. She now moves almost too fast to see, like a violent streak through the crowd. Use whip pans, low angle tracking, overhead angles, rapid close ups and heavy motion streaks.
IMPORTANT: Super-speed movement is strongly blurred, but every bite moment becomes perfectly sharp and completely frozen.
Final freezes last about 0.15–0.2s.

She appears beside a parked car, instantly across the street, beside a storefront, then inside a fleeing crowd. Previously bitten people start transforming and attacking others in the background.
25–28s — OUTBREAK EXPLOSION
Stop showing individual bites. The original infected woman launches into a large fleeing crowd at extreme speed. Camera remains outside the crowd. Show ultra-fast chaotic flashes: whip pans, attack silhouettes, people scattering, motion streaks, infected people rising and new zombies running in different directions. The outbreak spreads rapidly.
Then suddenly cut all movement and sound.
28–30s — FINAL REVEAL
Large elevated wide shot of the intersection in eerie slow motion. The original infected woman stands motionless in the center. Around her are 50+ infected adults. Some stand still, some slowly rise, some twitch, others move between abandoned cars. Bags, papers and scattered objects cover the street. Camera slowly pushes toward her. She raises her head and stares directly into camera with cloudy infected eyes.
Then every infected person behind her suddenly turns toward camera at the same moment. CUT TO BLACK.
